Storage Wars, also known as STORAGEWAR$ in the United States is a reality-TV show that airs on A&E. It ran for the initial 12 seasons, starting on December 1 the year 2010, and finishing on January 30 the 31st of January, 2019. A 13th season premiered April 2021.



 



 When the rent has not been paid on a storage unit for three months in California, the contents can be auctioned off by an auctioneer in one lot of items under the form of an auction that is cash-only. The show follows professionals who go to storage locations across the state, and then bid on the lockers. Buyers are allowed to inspect each locker from the entrance for five minutes prior to the time it is put on auction. However, they can not enter or touch the storage unit.
